The same four steps for every opening, and none that exists only to filter people out.

    A short form on the page of the role and city you want: who you are, a link to your work, your resume if you have one, and anything we should know. No cover letter.

  2. A conversation

    With someone who does the work, about what you have built and what you want to build next.

  3. A working session

    A real problem of the kind the role handles, worked through together. We are watching how you think, not whether you already know the answer.

  4. A straight answer

    You hear where you stand, whichever way it goes.
