The systems underneath the work.

We design and govern the identity, platform, and change systems that everything else in an enterprise depends on, so whatever runs next, human or not, is accountable.

Who we are

Atlas Bench is an enterprise services firm that governs identity, human and machine, across the systems where work happens. We grew up in the Atlassian ecosystem and that is still where most of the delivery happens, alongside Okta, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Miro, and Anthropic.

We are an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, the highest partner tier, with official specializations in Cloud Migration and Service Management, and an Okta Solution Partner. Rising Star Partner of the Year, Americas, 2026. Senior architects deliver the work directly.

How we work

The work runs in a chain, and it almost always runs in the same order. A project enters as one thing, usually a platform engagement: a service management consolidation, a migration, a reporting standup. That immediately requires change control, because nothing can be automated until somebody has decided what approved means, who decides it, and what evidence is attached.

Change control surfaces an identity workstream, because a decision about who may approve something is a decision about who can touch what, and that question has an answer only if identity was designed rather than accumulated. Once ownership exists, agents become possible, and they are scoped as the phase after the ownership work rather than the phase before it.

That chain is the four-layer Stack, bottom to top: identity and access, platform and migration, governance and change, agents and automation. The layer everyone wants sits on the layer everyone ignores. Each level is its own front door, and one entry reliably opens the other three.

How the work actually goes

One project usually opens the other three.

A single door leads to the rest of the stack, more often than not.

A service management consolidation

Separate service desks brought onto one platform, scoped as a platform engagement.

Change control

A CMDB and approval workflows. Deciding what "approved" means before anything gets automated.

An identity workstream

SSO and access design became an explicit line in the scope. Who can touch what had to be answered first.

Agents

Once ownership exists, agents come next. Scoped as the following phase, not the first.
