A Cloud Migration Engineer moves Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management from Data Center to Cloud without losing data, history or the trust of the people who use them. At Atlas Bench you plan, rehearse and run migrations, and you own the test cycles that prove each one worked.

About the role
A migration is mostly preparation. You assess apps, custom fields, scripts and integrations, clean up what should not move, rehearse the move in a sandbox, and run the cutover to a plan everyone has read.
You use the Jira and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistants every week, and you know where each of them stops.
What you will do
- Assess Data Center environments: apps, custom fields, scripts, integrations and data volume
- Plan migration waves and rehearse each one in a sandbox
- Run test cycles with customer testers and track every defect to closure
- Fix data and configuration problems before and after the move
- Run cutovers and the hypercare that follows them
What you bring
- Hands-on experience with the Jira or Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant
- Solid Jira and Confluence administration on both Data Center and Cloud
- Enough SQL to query a Jira or Confluence database
- A methodical approach to testing, with a written record of what you checked
- Clear written English and Spanish
Good to have
- Experience migrating Jira Service Management with Assets
- ScriptRunner experience on Data Center
- Experience with Atlassian's app migration paths
