About the role
Most of our new work starts with a conversation between people who already know each other. You keep those relationships current, with customers and with the partner teams at Atlassian, Okta and Miro.
You are not expected to design the solution. You are expected to know when there is one worth designing, and who should design it.
What you will do
- Own relationships with a portfolio of customers
- Work with Atlassian, Okta and Miro partner teams on joint opportunities
- Qualify opportunities and bring architects in to scope them
- Keep the CRM accurate and the pipeline honest
- Represent Atlas Bench at partner and community events
What you bring
- Three or more years in account management or partner sales for software or services
- Experience in the Atlassian ecosystem or a similar partner ecosystem
- A consultative approach: you listen before you pitch
- Clear written and spoken English
- Comfort with HubSpot or another CRM
Good to have
- Relationships inside Atlassian's partner or sales teams
- Experience selling services into regulated industries
- Spanish as well as English
Work at the highest level
Our work runs underneath some of the most influential companies in the world. The problems are the hard ones, the stakes are real, and the people beside you expect your best because they bring theirs.
Work that matters
Enterprise estates, regulated industries and the platforms whole companies run on. Nothing here is a practice project, and nothing you build here is small.
Recognized at the top
Four Atlassian Partner Award nominations, 2026: Rising Star Partner of the Year, Americas, and three finalist categories
Built by visionaries
We hire people who see what a system should become and then build it: people who would rather set the standard than follow one.
How we hire
-
You apply
A short form on the page of the role and city you want: who you are, a link to your work, your resume if you have one, and anything we should know. No cover letter.
-
A conversation
With someone who does the work, about what you have built and what you want to build next.
-
A working session
A real problem of the kind the role handles, worked through together. We are watching how you think, not whether you already know the answer.
-
A straight answer
You hear where you stand, whichever way it goes.
