About the role
Some of our work runs for many months: enterprise migrations, identity consolidations and service management rollouts that touch every department. You hold the whole of it: phases, dependencies, risks and the decisions that unblock them.
You are technical enough to challenge an estimate, and organized enough that nobody has to ask where things stand.
What you will do
- Own the integrated plan across the projects in a program
- Manage dependencies between identity, platform and governance work
- Run executive steering and write the reporting that goes with it
- Spot delivery risk early and bring options, not only problems
- Improve how Atlas Bench plans and reports its largest programs
What you bring
- Five or more years managing technical programs or large projects
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, identity or IT service management programs
- Strong executive communication, written and spoken
- Comfort with planning and reporting in Jira
- Clear written English
Good to have
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services
- Jira Align or Atlassian Strategy Collection experience
- PgMP, PMP or SAFe certification
