About the role
Our projects are technical, and the ones that go wrong usually go wrong on decisions rather than on configuration. You make sure decisions are made on time, written down and understood.
You manage the work in Jira, which means you care how that project is set up too.
What you will do
- Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs and status reports
- Run kickoffs, steering meetings and weekly checkpoints
- Track scope and raise changes before they become surprises
- Coordinate consultants, engineers and customer teams across time zones
- Close projects properly: acceptance, handover and lessons learned
What you bring
- Three or more years managing technology projects with external stakeholders
- Experience delivering software, SaaS or IT infrastructure projects
- Confidence running meetings with senior stakeholders
- Comfort working in Jira and Confluence every day
- Clear written English
Good to have
- PMP, PRINCE2 or a Scrum certification
- Experience on Atlassian migrations or implementations
- Spanish as well as English
