About the role

Managed support is ongoing work for customers who depend on the platform every day. Requests range from a new project to a broken integration, and you handle both with the same care.

You work a shared queue with clear SLAs, and you write things down so the next engineer can pick up where you left off.

What you will do

  • Handle admin requests: projects, workflows, fields, permissions and users
  • Diagnose and fix incidents, including app and integration failures
  • Find the cause of repeat requests and propose the fix
  • Keep each customer's configuration documentation current
  • Work with Atlassian support and app vendors when a problem is theirs

What you bring

  • Two or more years administering Jira or Confluence
  • Experience working a support queue with SLAs
  • Methodical troubleshooting and clear written updates
  • Willingness to take a turn on a shared rotation
  • Clear written English

Good to have

  • Jira Service Management administration
  • ScriptRunner or Jira Automation experience
  • Spanish as well as English
Why Atlas Bench

Work at the highest level

Our work runs underneath some of the most influential companies in the world. The problems are the hard ones, the stakes are real, and the people beside you expect your best because they bring theirs.

Work that matters

Enterprise estates, regulated industries and the platforms whole companies run on. Nothing here is a practice project, and nothing you build here is small.

Built by visionaries

We hire people who see what a system should become and then build it: people who would rather set the standard than follow one.

How we hire

  1. You apply

A short form on the page of the role and city you want: who you are, a link to your work, your resume if you have one, and anything we should know. No cover letter.

  2. A conversation

With someone who does the work, about what you have built and what you want to build next.

  3. A working session

A real problem of the kind the role handles, worked through together. We are watching how you think, not whether you already know the answer.

  4. A straight answer

You hear where you stand, whichever way it goes.
