Units are the first native way to split one Enterprise organization into separate admin and data boundaries, and they also fence what Rovo and agents can reach. Design the unit model before you turn it on; boundaries are much harder to draw once users and content are mixed.

Bitbucket Cloud has removed native issues and the Issues API endpoints. Any script or integration that called them now fails, so move tracking into Jira and repoint those integrations.

The old workflow editor is gone, so every workflow change now happens in the new one. Walk anyone who edits workflows through it, and re-test the conditions and validators your critical workflows depend on.

New custom fields no longer attach to every space automatically, so each field gets associated on purpose. Inventory your field configurations before the switch and retire the ones nobody uses, or the clutter moves with you.

Agents can now take assignments, mentions, and workflow triggers in Jira, in open beta. Before teams start assigning work, decide who owns each agent, where it may act, and how its changes get reviewed.
