About the role
This is the entry point to consulting at Atlas Bench. You pair with a senior consultant, take on real configuration work, and have every change reviewed until your judgement is trusted on its own.
You arrive curious about how teams organize their work and patient with the detail that makes a configuration hold up.
What you will do
- Build Jira workflows, fields, screens and automation to a written design
- Prepare test data and walk through a configuration before a customer sees it
- Write the documentation and admin guides that go with each handover
- Take notes in discovery workshops and draft the first version of the design
- Work toward your first Atlassian certification
What you bring
- Some hands-on time with Jira, as a user, an admin or in a course
- A degree or equivalent experience in information systems, engineering or a related field
- Clear written English and Spanish
- Attention to detail and the habit of checking your own work
- Willingness to ask questions early rather than guess
Good to have
- An Atlassian certification, or progress toward one
- Experience with any scripting language
- Time in a support or operations role
