What it is

Improvement

Atlassian Administration can now be added to an IP allowlist. The restriction covers web access to the admin portal and some related APIs. Anyone trying to reach Atlassian Administration from an address outside the allowlist is blocked.

Admins

Organization admins can select Atlassian Administration when creating or editing an allowlist under Security, then IP allowlisting.

Developers

Some APIs related to the admin portal are covered by the restriction.

Fixed scope. The assessment starts at the identity layer: human and non-human access, the accounts nobody owns, and what has to be true before an agent gets one. You get the findings, the ownership gaps, and the order to close them in.
