Where we come from

Ten years deep, and the layer most of the work runs on.

Atlassian is now sold as collections rather than as individual products, which changes the buying conversation more than the technology. Our work is migration, service management, identity, portfolio reporting, and the agent work on top.

Atlassian is where our practice started and where most delivery still happens. Platinum Solution Partner, with Cloud Migration and Service Management specializations.

What it is

Atlassian is now sold as collections rather than as individual products, which changes the buying conversation more than the technology. A collection arrives with capability an organization already owns and has usually not switched on, and the identity layer underneath it is the part most often paid for and never configured.

We are an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, which is the highest partner tier, with official specializations in Cloud Migration and Service Management. That record is the foundation the rest of the stack is built on.

Where it fits

Atlassian touches all four layers, which is why it anchors the Stack rather than sitting on one rung. L1 is Guard, carrying single sign-on, provisioning, and authentication policy. L2 is the system of work: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and the platform beneath them. L3 is where governance lives, in service management, change control, and the strategy products. L4 is Rovo, Forge, and the Remote MCP Server. A gap at any layer is inherited by every layer above it.

Questions we get

Do we have to buy a collection?
Increasingly, yes, and some products are no longer sold standalone. The useful question is which capability inside a collection you already hold and have never configured.
Where do most estates have the biggest gap?
The identity layer. Guard is frequently included in an entitlement and left switched off, which means the control is bought and dormant.

Licensing

Collections change what is bundled and what is redundant, so a renewal is the moment to establish which existing contracts the entitlement retires. That reconciliation sits with the rest of the estate in licensing and renewals.

Find out what you are actually running.

Fixed scope. The assessment reads the estate as it is: instances, schemes, licensing, and the decisions a migration would force you to make anyway. You get the findings, the ownership gaps, and the order to close them in.
