About the role
You sit between sales and delivery. A good proposal is one the delivery team can actually deliver, so you scope carefully and write down every assumption.
You know the Atlassian platform well enough to demo it live, and to hear the question behind the question.
What you will do
- Run discovery calls and technical assessments
- Build demos of Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and our apps
- Write estimates, statements of work and proposals
- Answer the technical questions in RFPs and security reviews
- Hand scoped work to delivery with the context intact
What you bring
- Three or more years in presales, solutions consulting or Atlassian consulting
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management Cloud
- Experience writing estimates and statements of work
- Clear, confident presenting to technical and business audiences
- Clear written English
Good to have
- Experience scoping identity, migration or service management work
- An Atlassian certification
- Experience with Atlassian's partner programs
