Change Management Lead
A Change Management Lead makes sure the people using a new Atlassian platform actually change how they work, not only where they click. At Atlas Bench you plan communications, training and adoption for rollouts, and measure whether they took hold.

About the role
A platform change fails when the people it affects hear about it last. You map who is affected, what changes for them and what they need to know, and you run the plan that gets them there.
You work with project managers and consultants from the first week, not after go live.
What you will do
- Run stakeholder and impact analysis for each rollout
- Write communication plans and the messages that go with them
- Design and deliver training for end users, agents and admins
- Build champion networks inside customer teams
- Measure adoption and act on what the numbers show
What you bring
- Four or more years in organizational change management for technology rollouts
- Experience writing training and communications for non-technical audiences
- A structured method such as Prosci ADKAR, and the judgement to adapt it
- Comfort presenting to large groups
- Clear written English
Good to have
- Prosci certification
- Experience with Jira Service Management or enterprise collaboration rollouts
- Instructional design experience
Work at the highest level
Our work runs underneath some of the most influential companies in the world. The problems are the hard ones, the stakes are real, and the people beside you expect your best because they bring theirs.
Work that matters
Enterprise estates, regulated industries and the platforms whole companies run on. Nothing here is a practice project, and nothing you build here is small.
Recognized at the top
Four Atlassian Partner Award nominations, 2026: Rising Star Partner of the Year, Americas, and three finalist categories
Built by visionaries
We hire people who see what a system should become and then build it: people who would rather set the standard than follow one.
How we hire
-
You apply
A short form on the page of the role and city you want: who you are, a link to your work, your resume if you have one, and anything we should know. No cover letter.
-
A conversation
With someone who does the work, about what you have built and what you want to build next.
-
A working session
A real problem of the kind the role handles, worked through together. We are watching how you think, not whether you already know the answer.
-
A straight answer
You hear where you stand, whichever way it goes.
