Quick find in Confluence now highlights Rovo Chat for questions or full-page search for keywords, and hides search filters until requested. It has been rolling out to Atlassian Cloud sites since 2 Nov 2026.

What it is

Experiment

When you type in quick find, it highlights Ask Rovo for questions and Search all apps for keywords. Before, every query went to full-page search by default. Search filters are now hidden until you select the filters button.

Users

Users see a highlighted option based on their query, press Enter to use it, and open the filters button to show search filters.
