Non-project work in the Work view in Jira Capacity
The Work view in Jira Capacity now supports non-project work such as Leave, Paid Time Off, Training, and Run The Business. It has been rolling out to Atlassian Cloud sites since 15 Oct 2026.

Non-project work now appears in the Work view in Jira Capacity, next to Jira work items and Atlassian apps. Contributors shown under non-project work are limited to the people already in your plan's People view.
Planners can use the Add work picker to select or create a non-project work item, add contributors from the plan, and adjust capacity allocations in the grid.
