Manage AI agents in your list and global search views
Jira's list view can now group work items by agent, and the Agent sessions field can be added as a column in the list and global search views. It has been rolling out to Atlassian Cloud sites since 19 Aug 2026.

In the list view, you can group work items by agent. You can also add the Agent sessions field as a column in the list view and in global search. The column can be added, removed and reordered, and it shows agent session data directly in those views.
Users can group list view items by agent and add, remove or reorder the Agent sessions column in the list and global search views.
Users who can't find the Agent sessions field in the column picker are told to contact their Jira admin.
