About the Role

We help organizations get the most out of Atlassian tools, specializing in cloud migrations, ITSM implementations, and best practice consulting across Fortune 500 clients and global organizations.
We are hiring a Lead Sales & Marketing Specialist to manage daily task tracking and coordination across the sales and marketing functions. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on. You will organize, track, and prioritize all work related to leads, campaigns, and partner initiatives. You must be a quick study who can understand Atlassian partner dynamics, learn how our business operates, and help create strategies that drive results. You will work closely with leadership to ensure that every cold, warm, and active account is being managed effectively. This role demands someone who can both do the work personally and manage others in completing assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a structured and transparent task management system for the sales and marketing teams.
- Translate Slack messages, meetings, and ideas into clear, actionable tasks.
- Monitor progress, follow up, and ensure completion of assigned work.
- Create strategies and ideas that support sales and marketing goals.
- Review daily and weekly progress reports and share updates with leadership.
- Manage HubSpot CRM pipelines, contact records, and activity tracking.
- Oversee lead status to ensure cold, warm, and active accounts are worked efficiently.
- Support co-selling and partner marketing initiatives with Atlassian.
- Coordinate internal priorities and make sure no opportunities are missed.
- Maintain accuracy in data, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Lead accountability meetings and present updates in English.
- Work directly with the sales manager and director to align priorities.
Requirements
- Based in Bogotá and available for onsite work.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication (C1 level or higher).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales management, marketing operations, or task leadership.
- Proven ability to organize, assign, and track tasks for multiple people.
- Experience working with English-speaking clients or global accounts.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Comfortable managing pipelines, activities, and campaign tracking.
- Skilled in creating structure and enforcing accountability.
- Strong presentation and leadership skills in English.
- Confident managing both individual work and team coordination.
- Self-starter with strong follow-through and problem-solving ability.
Nice to Have
- Experience in consulting, SaaS, or a technology services environment.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools.
- Prior experience in a sales or marketing leadership role.
- Background in co-selling or channel-partner environments.
