We are opening our Trainee Atlassian Consultant program for ambitious individuals in Bogotá who want to build a career in enterprise technology consulting. Training runs 6 to 12 months, and your motivation and effort determine how fast you progress. You will train across core Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery) with real client work from day one, plus broader exposure to the full platform including Rovo AI, Guard, Analytics, Goals, and more.
Responsibilities
- Structured training across core Atlassian products with hands-on client work from day one.
- Learn and apply AI productivity tools, including Rovo agents, search, and chat.
- Develop enterprise-level communication and client delivery skills.
- Gain exposure to Guard, Analytics, Goals, and the broader Atlassian ecosystem through client engagements.
- Earn two Atlassian professional certifications: ACP-620 (Managing Jira Projects for Cloud) and ACP-120 (Jira Administration for Cloud), fully paid by Atlas Bench.
- Receive direct coaching from our Director of Services on consulting methodology, Atlassian best practices, and client delivery.
Requirements
- Based in Bogotá, Colombia, and able to work on-site in Chico Norte.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Recent graduate or early-career professional. We prefer engineering, IT, computer science, or technical backgrounds, but strong candidates from any discipline will be considered.
- Comfortable with software tools and quick to learn new technology.
- Looking for a long-term career opportunity, not a stepping stone.

- Prior Atlassian experience.
- Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban).
