About the Role
Atlas Bench is a Cloud Migration Specialized Platinum Atlassian Solution Partner and the 2024 Atlassian World Class Software Development Partner of the Year (Americas). We help organizations get the most out of Atlassian tools, specializing in cloud migrations, transitions from third-party tools, and implementing best practices that improve collaboration, efficiency, and scalability.
We are looking for an Atlassian Consultant to work directly with clients on cloud migrations, third-party tool transitions, and Atlassian best practice implementations. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end migrations to Atlassian Cloud, including transitions from third-party tools and legacy systems.
- Analyze and migrate data and workflows from non-Atlassian tools into Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Build strong relationships and ensure their requirements are met.
- Provide strategic guidance and implement Atlassian best practices across Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and related tools.
- Create and configure workflows, automations, and custom solutions that support business processes.
- Conduct training sessions for end users and administrators to drive adoption of Atlassian tools.
- Work with backend teams to integrate Atlassian products with enterprise systems and develop tailored solutions.
- Maintain clear, detailed records of configurations, processes, and recommendations to support ongoing client success.
Requirements
- 5+ years working with Atlassian tools, including hands-on experience with cloud migrations and third-party system transitions.
- Strong understanding of Jira workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Proven ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that fit.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills for addressing complex client challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

- Atlassian certifications.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and scripting tools (e.g., ScriptRunner).
