A debrief on the logistics. Anaheim is two hours from Disneyland, and local hotels and roads fill up regardless of the conference. Plan accordingly next cycle.
John Wayne (SNA) was the closest airport, about 20 minutes from the venue.
LAX ran 50 to 90 minutes depending on traffic. Budget two hours either way.
Anaheim Resort Transit shuttles ran from the major hotels. The Disneyland-area hotels had their own loops.
$300 to $500 per night at the official Team ’26 hotel block during conference dates.
First-come, first-served. The official block filled out by mid-February. Book early next cycle.
Walking distance: a handful of properties were blocks from the convention center. Everything else needed a shuttle.
The Team Conference app held up. Venue Wi-Fi did not. Worth downloading before you arrive next time.
Small things that made Team ’26 less exhausting and more useful. File these away for the next cycle.
The convention center is huge. We logged 15k+ steps a day. Pack the pair you trust, not the pair that looks good.
Calendars filled within 48 hours of registration opening. Reach out to product teams the day the agenda drops next cycle.
Tuesday afternoon was the quietest the floor got. By Wednesday the partner pavilion was three deep and product teams were slammed.
Anaheim is dry and the conference coffee was a strategic resource. The hall had refill stations on every concourse.
