About Team ’26

Atlassian’s biggest event of the year. Three days that changed how our customers ship.

Team was the largest gathering of Atlassian customers in the world. Three days of keynotes, hands-on labs, partner sessions, and the kind of hallway conversations you can’t get on a Zoom.

The whole agenda was organized around one shift: human-AI collaboration at scale. Rovo, the rollout of new product launches, and the sessions led by the Atlassian PMs and engineers who actually built them.

If you were already running Jira, Confluence, or JSM, this was where you found the next 12 months of leverage. If you were considering Atlassian, this was where you watched the platform make its case.

On the ground

Travel, hotels, and the app. What worked, what to know next time.

A debrief on the logistics. Anaheim is two hours from Disneyland, and local hotels and roads fill up regardless of the conference. Plan accordingly next cycle.

Travel

John Wayne (SNA) was the closest airport, about 20 minutes from the venue.

LAX ran 50 to 90 minutes depending on traffic. Budget two hours either way.

Anaheim Resort Transit shuttles ran from the major hotels. The Disneyland-area hotels had their own loops.

Hotels

$300 to $500 per night at the official Team ’26 hotel block during conference dates.

First-come, first-served. The official block filled out by mid-February. Book early next cycle.

Walking distance: a handful of properties were blocks from the convention center. Everything else needed a shuttle.

Conference App

The Team Conference app held up. Venue Wi-Fi did not. Worth downloading before you arrive next time.

  • Build your custom session schedule
  • Expo map with sessions and exhibitor list
  • Notes & recordings, sessions landed in the app within 24 hrs
What we learned

What we’d tell a first-timer next year.

Small things that made Team ’26 less exhausting and more useful. File these away for the next cycle.

Comfortable shoes, then better shoes

The convention center is huge. We logged 15k+ steps a day. Pack the pair you trust, not the pair that looks good.

Block 1:1 time before keynotes

Calendars filled within 48 hours of registration opening. Reach out to product teams the day the agenda drops next cycle.

Hit the Expo Hall on Tuesday

Tuesday afternoon was the quietest the floor got. By Wednesday the partner pavilion was three deep and product teams were slammed.

Pace caffeine, hydrate hard

Anaheim is dry and the conference coffee was a strategic resource. The hall had refill stations on every concourse.

On the floor

What we talked through when you found us.

Atlas Bench delivers across every Atlassian Solution Collection. In Anaheim we set up in the Platinum Solution Partner Pavilion and walked customers through their situations, then matched them to the right Atlas Bench architect.
